Refund & Cancellation Policy

Each video is made to order for one specific child, so this policy is written plainly and agreed to before you pay.

How long you have to ask for a change
You have 14 days from delivery to ask for a change. Your order page shows the days remaining and lets you send the request in a few clicks.
The reason for the limit is simple: we delete your child's original photos 30 days after delivery, and without them we cannot remake the video. Keeping them longer would mean holding a child's photos we no longer need. If you miss the window, email us anyway — we will do what we can, but we may not be able to remake it.
When production begins
Production begins when we start generating images from your photos — usually within one business day of receiving them. Until then, email us and we will cancel and refund in full.
Our one guarantee: the likeness
The whole point is that it looks like your child. If it doesn't, email us and we will remake it at no cost. If the second attempt still isn't right, we refund you in full — we would rather do that than keep your money for something you won't watch.
This guarantee covers the likeness — that the child is recognizably yours. It is aone-time remake: if the second version still isn't right, we refund you in full rather than keep going.
Changes that aren't about the likeness
Sometimes you just want something different — another career, a different photo, a different look. Your first change is free, whatever the reason. After that, each additional version is $19, because every version is generated and checked from scratch.
You can ask for a change straight from your order page, and we'll tell you before anything is charged.
Things that are not defects
The video is an imaginative AI depiction. A grown-up face that does not resemble a real adult relative, or a career scene that differs from what you pictured, is not a defect. What we do commit to is that the child is recognizably yours, and that the specification on the order page is met exactly.
How to ask
Email support@careerteaser.com with your order number. We answer within one business day. Refunds are returned by the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider. Almost everything is fixed faster by email, and we would rather remake your video than argue about it.
