Privacy Policy

You are trusting us with a photograph of your child. This page says exactly what we collect, where it goes, how long we keep it, and how to make us delete it.

What we collect

We deliberately do not collect the child's full legal name, date of birth, address, school, phone number, or email address. We do not need them.

Where your photos go

To make your video, your photos are sent to the providers below. They act on our instructions and process the photos only to produce your order.

Your photos are not used to train AI models. We selected these providers specifically because their terms state that submitted content is not used to train their base models.

Facial data

We do not run facial recognition, and we do not create, store, or compare face templates, faceprints, or face-geometry scans. Photos are used as pictures to generate new images, then deleted. We do not build a database of identities.

How long we keep things

• Original photos — deleted within 30 days of delivery.
• Finished video — kept for 90 days so you can re-download it, then deleted.
• Order record and consent record — kept as long as required for tax and legal records.

Deleting your data

Email privacy@careerteaser.com with your order number at any time and we will delete your photos and video. You do not need to give a reason. We will confirm when it is done.

Marketing — two separate permissions

We never show your child's video publicly unless you tick one of the two optional boxes at checkout. Both are off by default, they are asked separately, andbuying from us does not grant either one. Saying no changes nothing about your order.

What we publish, and what we never publish. Only the finished 20-second video. We never publish the original photos you sent us, and we never publish your child's name, age, town, or your name alongside it.

How long. A video you allowed us to publish is kept and may stay online for as long as the permission stands — this is separate from the 90-day copy we keep for you to re-download. If you never tick a box, nothing is published and nothing is kept for marketing.

Withdrawing. Email privacy@careerteaser.com and we will stop using the video in anything new immediately, take down posts we control within 7 days, and stop any running ad within 7 days. We cannot recall copies other people already downloaded or re-shared, and ads that have already been shown cannot be un-shown — which is why we ask separately and keep it off by default.

Advertising and analytics

Like most businesses, we advertise. On our public marketing pages we use the measurement tools below to understand which ads bring parents to us. They may set cookies and share limited information — such as the page visited and a device identifier — with those companies for advertising measurement.

These tools are never loaded on the pages that handle your child's information. Specifically, there is no tracking of any kind on /order and /upload and /review and /studio. That is enforced in two independent ways: the tracking code is not included on those pages at all, and the browser is additionally instructed to block those companies' domains there.

Your photos, your child's details, and your order contents are never shared with any advertising company — not with Google, not with Meta, not with anyone. No identifying information is ever placed in a web address.

You can opt out of this measurement entirely by using your browser's tracking protection or an ad blocker; nothing about your order will change.

Children

This is a service for adults. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. Photographs are submitted by a parent, legal guardian, or someone they have authorized, who confirms that at the time of the order.

Your privacy choices and rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to do the following, free of charge, by emailing privacy@careerteaser.com. We answer within 45 days.

• Know what we hold about you and why.
• Get a copy of it.
• Correct anything that is wrong.
• Delete it — your photos and video, at any time, without giving a reason.
• Withdraw a marketing permission you gave.

We do not sell your personal information, and we never have. We do not share your photos, your child's details, or your order contents with advertisers. We will never treat you differently for exercising any of these rights — the price and the service stay exactly the same.

Advertising cookies. On our public marketing pages we use measurement tools that set cookies (see “Advertising and analytics” above). Under some state laws this counts as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can turn it off at any time — choose Your Privacy Choices at the bottom of any page. We also honor the Global Privacy Control signal if your browser sends one. These tools are never loaded on the pages that handle your child's information.

Someone acting for you. An authorized agent may make a request on your behalf; we will ask for proof of that authorization. Appeals. If we refuse a request, reply to our email and a different person will review it.

Security

Everything is sent over an encrypted connection. Photos are stored in private storage that is not publicly listable or browsable. Location data is stripped from your photos in your own browser before they are ever uploaded.
